"Snowball, snowball"

Finally, Superdome refugees get water as they hopped on buses bound for Texas.

But ....

Pets were not allowed on the bus, and when a police officer confiscated a little boy's dog, the child cried until he vomited. "Snowball, snowball," he cried.

Why is this so touching?  That poor little losing everything and then his dog.  Did anyone else reading this story think of Rosebud?

Lot's of people looking for Snowball. No one centalized area that I know of. If anyone has any details about him I will forward them to groups searching to return him to the child.

yES WE MUST FIND THE OWNER OF SNOWBALL AND REUNITE THEM. wHERE DID THE PETS GO AFTER BEING REJECTED FROM THE BUS AND WHAT IS THE NAME OF SNOWBALLS OWNER.???? tHE BUS DRIVER SAW THEM BOTH AND COULD IDENTIFY EITHER THE BOY OR SNOWBALL. SNOWBALL cAN ANYONE ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS
